IDEC Sport Racing is the team that is on form at the start of the spring of 2015. Winner of its category in the Italy-Mugello 12 hours in the framework of the 24 Hours Series, the team managed by Jean-Claude Ruffier got off to an explosive start in Barcelona with the VdeV Endurance Series opener. After four hours of racing, the Porsche 911 GT3-R displying number 1 overcame her opponents, in spite of their high standards. Under the chequered flag, the Lafargue family finished two laps ahead of the Ferrari 458 Italia GT3/ Jean-Luc Beaubelique, Tristan Vautier and Dominique Bastien’s team AKKA-ASP. The GTV2 class was won by de Eric Van de Vyver, Tiziano Carugati and Michel Wegelin’s Audi R8 LMS/AB Sport Auto ahead of Alméras de Côme Ledogar, Pierre Martinet and Gérard Tremblay’s Porsche 997 Cup S/Martinet. Solution F won with their SF V8 in the S1 class. The second Ferrari 458 Italia GT3/ Maurice Ricci, Gabriel Balthazard and Jérôme Policand’s team AKKA-ASP made it to the top ten. Setting off in pole position, the Mosler MT900/Escuela Espanola de Pilotos could only finish in eighth place.
